14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, provided the assessment has not yet been started. Once any respondent has begun answering questions, the license is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Why this condition?

Each license unlocks the underlying scoring engine, AI-generated analysis, and the consulting time reserved for your detailed report. As soon as the assessment is started, those resources are committed on your behalf.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us at support@upstreamglobalapp.com and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Disputes

If you believe your situation merits an exception (for example, a technical failure that prevented the assessment from being completed), please contact support@upstreamglobalapp.com and we will review your case in good faith.
