The Sales Compass service (the "Service") is provided by Zvi Piritz Sternfeld, an individual operating from Israel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with us on these terms.
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, where you act on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
Sales Compass is a confidential online diagnostic that evaluates a sales organization across seven dimensions through a structured questionnaire. Following completion, respondents and the company contact receive scoring reports and a follow-up analysis.
You are responsible for keeping your company password and respondent resume codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You will not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) upload spam, malware, or infringing content; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (d) attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the questionnaire, scoring methodology, software, branding, and generated analytical content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your purchased plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.
The Service uses AI to assist in generating analytical commentary on assessment results. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and are provided for general informational purposes; they do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment before acting on any output.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable export window.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
